Weight loss
Lose the weight. Keep the life.
Sustained weight loss isn't a test of willpower. It's medicine that quiets appetite, plus habits built around your actual life — prescribed and reviewed by a doctor.
Reviewed by a licensed physician · treatment only when clinically appropriate.
Typical ranges from clinical use of GLP-1 therapy; individual results vary.

The science
Why this works when diets didn't
Three things, done properly and in order — none of them a crash diet.
GLP-1 medication, if appropriate
The same medication class behind the leading US weight programs. Whether it's right for you is a medical decision — your doctor makes it from your chart, not a checkout page.
A metabolic look under the hood
Your history, current medications, sleep, and thyroid — the things crash diets skip. Sometimes weight is a symptom, and treating the cause changes everything.
Habits that survive real life
Food and movement guidance built around your day — your commute, your kitchen, your schedule — and reviewed at follow-ups so it keeps fitting as life changes.
Honest medicine
Who this is not for
Good medicine includes knowing when not to prescribe. This program isn't right for everyone.
- You're pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- You or a close family member have a history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2.
- You're living with an eating disorder — that deserves different, dedicated care.
- You're under 18.
If any of these fit, your doctor will guide you to the right care instead — that's the point of starting with a consultation.
Questions
Asked before starting
Is medication mandatory?
No. Medication is one tool, prescribed only when your doctor judges it appropriate for you. Some patients do best with medication plus habit changes; for others, the plan starts with habits, sleep, and treating an underlying cause first. The consultation decides — not a sales page.
Is it safe?
We screen first and monitor after. Your doctor reviews your history, medications, and any conditions before prescribing anything, and follow-ups check how you're responding. Like any medication, GLP-1 therapy has possible side effects — most commonly mild nausea early on — and your doctor will walk you through them honestly before you start.
Will the weight come back?
Honest answer: it can, if treatment simply stops and nothing else has changed. That's why the plan includes a maintenance phase — the habits you build during the loss phase, plus a doctor-guided decision about if and how to taper medication. We plan for the years after, not just the first six months.
Do I need blood tests?
Sometimes. If your history suggests something worth checking — thyroid function, blood sugar, or a medication interaction — your doctor will tell you exactly which tests and why. Many patients don't need any before starting.
One consultation. An honest plan.
Five minutes of questions, reviewed by a doctor. If treatment is right for you, you'll know why. If it isn't, you'll know that too.
